The Arts Society Nerja (G92341148) accepts no responsibility or liability for any acts, omissions, accidents, injury, or illness by, of, or to the Member Participant in relation to any trip.
In the event of non-confirmation of the Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions at the time of Booking by the Member or Non-Member Participant, the making of and the Society’s Acceptance of a Booking and Payment of a Deposit confirms your Acceptance of them.
Refund if you cancel only if someone can take your place
All special dietary requests will be passed on to any restaurants that are included in the Tour Itinerary. However, The Arts Society Nerja cannot be responsible for the restaurant’s response to any such request.
DINNERS
Payment must be made at the time of the booking and your booking will not be confirmed till payment is made.
If you have not received confirmation of your payment within 24hrs of you making your payment, please email social.nerja@theartssociety.org
Bookings cancelled after the bookings close will be fully charged!
